RCH FX LTD Software Licence Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This Software Licence Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of all software products, indicators, expert advisors, scripts and related digital content ("Software") developed and supplied by RCH FX LTD.

By downloading, installing, activating or using any RCH FX LTD Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Licence Grant

RCH FX LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Software for your own personal or business trading activities.

This licence does not transfer ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights.

3. Intellectual Property

All Software developed by RCH FX LTD remains the exclusive intellectual property of RCH FX LTD.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Source code
• Compiled code
• Algorithms
• Trading logic
• Mathematical models
• Calculations
• Indicator designs
• Visualisations
• Graphics
• User interface elements
• Documentation
• Videos
• Branding
• Logos
• Website content

No ownership rights are transferred to the purchaser under any circumstances.

4. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Copy the Software except where permitted by applicable law.
• Redistribute the Software.
• Resell the Software.
• Rent, lease or sublicense the Software.
• Share licence access with others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software except where such rights cannot legally be restricted.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works from the Software.
• Remove copyright notices or branding.
• Attempt to bypass licence protection or activation systems.
• Use the Software in any unlawful manner.

5. Ownership of Algorithms

All proprietary algorithms, methodologies, calculations and trading concepts implemented within the Software remain the sole property of RCH FX LTD.

Nothing contained within the Software grants permission to reproduce, commercialise or incorporate these concepts into another product.

6. Educational Purpose

RCH FX LTD Software is designed as a trading aid to assist market analysis.

It does not provide financial advice, investment advice or guaranteed trading signals.

All trading decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user.

7. Risk Warning

Trading financial markets carries significant risk.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You acknowledge that losses can occur and that RCH FX LTD accepts no responsibility for trading losses, missed opportunities or financial damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Software.

8. No Guarantee

While every effort is made to provide reliable Software, RCH FX LTD makes no guarantee that the Software will:

• Generate profits
• Meet every user's expectations
• Operate without interruption
• Be error free
• Remain compatible with future platform updates

Software may be updated, modified or discontinued at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCH FX LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the installation or use of the Software.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Trading losses
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Platform issues
• Hardware failures

Your use of the Software is entirely at your own risk.

10. Updates

RCH FX LTD may release updates, improvements or bug fixes at its discretion.

Availability of future updates does not create any obligation to provide additional features or functionality.

11. Termination

This licence automatically terminates if you breach any provision of this Agreement.

Upon termination you must immediately cease using the Software.

Termination does not affect any intellectual property rights owned by RCH FX LTD.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Where Software is distributed through third-party marketplaces, including the MQL5 Market, the applicable marketplace terms also apply.

Where this Agreement conflicts with mandatory marketplace rules or applicable law, those mandatory provisions shall prevail.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
